In 1910, the Saxonian narrow-gauge railways procured this type of 4-axle baggage cars for the first time. By 1927 were 69 of these vehicles built. They had a large luggage compartment. At one end of the car was a small heated compartment for the driver. At the other end of the car was a toilet and a dog compartment. Some of these vehicles are still used in museums today.
